Special Districts provides the following as a summary update:
- Construction is currently focusing on completion of retaining walls and Christmas Canyon drainage and earthwork
- Biological Monitoring Program continue without noticing any activity that could impact the construction work
- Storm Water Management program is being monitored to comply with the State Water Board requirements
- County and contractor continue their efforts to complete the project on time
