County Service Area 64 Spring Valley Lake

About Spring Valley Lake

Spring Valley Lake is a small community located between Victorville and Apple Valley, California.  The community contains 4,205 individually owned lots and a 200 acre fresh water lake made up of 7 miles of shore line. Originally, the land where Spring Valley Lake is located was used for cattle ranching and farming.  In 1969, The Boise Cascade Home and Land Corporation bought the property from Kalin Ranches and started building the community that is known today.

2017 Urban Water Management Plan
San Bernardino County, Special Districts Department, Water and Sanitation Division has developed an Urban Water management Plan for County Service Area 64 – Spring Valley Lake. CSA 64 continues to encourage community participation in its ongoing water management activities. The Urban Water Management Plan was approved by the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on November 14, 2017.
