Payment Options

The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works, Special Districts Water and Sanitation Division accepts the following forms of payment:

Credit/Debit Card Payments

Credit/debit card payments are now accepted in the office or on our online portal, MyWASBill.org.  Get started using the online portal by following the seven easy steps found here: Online Portal Instructions (Instrucciones en español). All major credit/debit cards are accepted, with the exception of American Express.   Please note: there are no convenience charges for credit/debit transactions made using the new portal or in the office.

Or

Credit/debit card payments are accepted by telephone  through the County’s third party vendor “Official Payments Corporation.”  Official Payments charges a nominal convenience fee of $2.95  per transaction.

Mail

Mail payments to PO Box 11969, San Bernardino, CA 92423.  Please be sure to write your account number on your check or money order.

Office

The Division office is open to receive payments Monday – Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The Division office is closed on all major holidays and weekends.  Credit/Debit Cards, Cash, Check or Money Orders are currently accepted in the office. The Jerry Lewis High Desert Government Center is also available at the same times as the division office to take payments.

Drop Box

Payments may be dropped off at any time in the Division’s drop box, located outside the front of the High Desert Government Center located at 15900 Smoke Tree Street, Hesperia, CA 92356. Payments from the drop box are collected every morning at 8:00 am and posted to the corresponding accounts.  

Payments placed in the drop box after 8:00 am are processed the following business day. 

Electronic Check

Payments may be scheduled through a customer’s personal, online banking account. Customers should contact their banking institution for any questions regarding this procedure.
