Spend the afternoon flying a kite with Supervisor Joe Baca Jr. at Kessler Park on Saturday, February 4th. You will be able to make your own kite or choose one that is already assembled. There will also be other activities, crafts, and vendors for the whole family to enjoy. This is a FREE event, for ALL AGES.
