Today’s water outage: To our customers, please know that Special Districts currently has crews out working diligently to restore your water service. This service disruption is directly related to the storm which has caused multiple water main line breaks along with power outages to key pumping facilities. Thank you for your patience, this message will be updated as repairs are made and service restored.
UPDATE – 2/26/2023
Water service has been restored to over 80% of our customers. The remaining customers still experiencing low pressure or no water are predominately on the east side of I-15. Our crews are making significant progress on the repairs as we work to restore service to all of our customers. Thank you for your patience.
The State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water, the San Bernardino County Public Health Department, and the Division, as a precautionary measure, are advising residents who are experiencing an outage of water in CSA 70 J Oak Hills to only use boiled tap water or bottled water for drinking and cooking purposes as a safety precaution to avoid stomach or intestinal illness.

Water service to our customers is now 100% restored! Field staff will start collecting the required samples today. The Boil Water Notice is still in effect until further notice. Bottled water is available for pick up at the following locations:
