The Department of Public Works – Special Districts is pleased to announce the completion of the Bloomington Park and Recreation District – Ayala Park Wi-Fi Project! The Project was funded through the American Rescue Plan Act and consisted of the installation of a Wi-Fi main hub system and access points around Ayala Park. The access points were connected to the power grid and programmed for public access.
Ayala Park Wi-Fi access is free and will provide the park visitors with high-speed internet. This service will empower the community, especially those who cannot afford internet at home.
