The Department of Public Works – Special Districts is pleased to announce the completion of the Bloomington Streetlight Project at Otilla Street and Manila Street! The project installed 5 pole mounted LED streetlights along Otilla Street and 2 pole mounted LED streetlights along Manila Street. The added streetlights will improve visibility and provide a safer environment for the community.
