The Special Districts team proudly announces the successful installation of WitBoxes at all of our Special Districts TV Towers in San Bernardino County. This project adds remote management capabilities at all sites, enabling our dedicated TV Districts staff to handle common troubleshooting and manage TV Boxes remotely. With this technology in place, the need for physical travel to each tower for routine maintenance or issue resolution is greatly reduced. As a result, downtime in all of our TV District communities will be reduced, ensuring more uninterrupted service for our communities. This achievement not only streamlines operations but also highlights our commitment to utilizing technology for improved service delivery.
