Following the recent rain events in February, residents in the R-39 Highland Estates area experienced access challenges that made it difficult to enter and exit their properties. In response, the Special Districts team acted quickly to assess field conditions and coordinate with our contractor to perform shoulder grading along Beaver Avenue. This proactive effort helped restore safer access for residents and stabilized the roadway following the storm impacts. We appreciate the community’s patience as crews worked to address these conditions and will continue to monitor the area as weather conditions evolve.
