Bloomington residents gathered at Ayala Park on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, for the community’s fourth annual National Night Out. The evening brought families, public safety agencies, community organizations, and local partners together for a lively night of connection and neighborhood pride.
Residents had the opportunity to meet and interact with representatives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, County Fire, and more than 30 local community and government agencies. Community resource providers were on hand to share information and connect with attendees throughout the evening.
Families also explored vendor booths offering tasty food, sweet treats, and unique goods. The Bloomington Recreation and Parks Department provided entertainment and activities that helped keep the event energetic and welcoming for attendees of all ages.
Attendees enjoyed a live band, while families cooled off and played in Ayala Park’s new splash pad. A large LED screen added to the evening’s entertainment and atmosphere.
National Night Out is a nationwide campaign held on the first Tuesday in August that strengthens relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve while encouraging stronger neighborhood connections.
Bloomington’s 2026 National Night Out once again highlighted the strong sense of connection and community pride shared throughout the neighborhood.
