Preserving Roads. Protecting Infrastructure. Extending Service Life.
In July, CSA 70, Zone R-47 (Rocky Point) successfully completed its Slurry Seal Project, improving and preserving roadways throughout the district.
The project applied a protective slurry seal to local roads, including areas along Rocky Point Way, Evergreen, and Cedar Circle. This preventative maintenance treatment helps protect pavement from weathering and deterioration while extending the useful service life of the roadway infrastructure.
The completed work provides residents with a smoother, refreshed roadway surface while helping reduce the need for more extensive and costly pavement repairs in the future.
