CSA 70 R-36 PAN SPRINGS was established by an act of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on July 12, 1994 to maintain 0.77 mile of paved road in the Big Bear area. This road zone receives a $100 per parcel, per year service charge on 90 parcels to fund road maintenance and snow removal services. This zone does not utilize an Advisory Commission or MAC. Community meetings are held as needed.
