CSA 70 R-41 QUAIL SUMMIT was approved by the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on January 29, 2002 to maintain approximately 1.23 miles of paved road and 11 streetlights in the Quail Summit tract in Oak Hills. On March 26, 2002 voters approved an annual service charge of $166 per parcel, per year with an annual inflationary increase of 1.5% every year thereafter. The service charge for 2023-24 is $213.79 which will be billed on 33 parcels to fund road maintenance and streetlight costs. This zone does not utilize an Advisory Commission or MAC. Community meetings are held as needed.
