CSA 70 R-48 ERWIN LAKE WEST was approved by the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on April 17, 2018, to maintain approximately 2,000 linear feet of paved road providing paving, maintenance, and snow removal services on Mahogany Lane, Cedar Lane, Cedar Pine Lane, and Oak Drive in the unincorporated area of Big Bear City. The service charge for 2023-24 is $536.29 per parcel, with an annual inflationary increase of up to 2.5% which will be billed on 46 parcels to fund road maintenance and snow removal services. This zone does not utilize an Advisory Commission or MAC. Community meetings are held as needed.
