County Service Area 68, Valley of the Moon, was established in 1969 to facilitate road maintenance and snow removal for 1,212 parcels in the Crestline area. The Special Districts project management team worked with Contractor, Pavement Coatings Co. to complete a 5/16 Chip Seal with Fog Seal on 1.7 miles of roads in the Zone.
