Property owners residing on West Country Club Blvd between Kiener Drive and the local drainage channel to the east in Big Bear:
You are invited to a town hall meeting on January 18, 2024 at 5:30 pm PST regarding an inquiry on forming a road improvement zone. The proposed zone would fund the paving of a section of W Country Club Blvd and provide funding for ongoing maintenance and snow removal services. The staff have identified the scope and formulated a cost estimate to provide ongoing maintenance and for paving the roadway section. We are inviting you to discuss the proposed district and potential improvements to the road.

Town Hall Meeting
A town hall meeting is being offered for all interested residents to share questions and receive comments from the Department regarding the proposed district formation. The meeting will be held at the Big Bear Senior Center 42651 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear, CA, 92315 on January 18, 2024. The meeting will begin at 5:30 PM PST. Prompt attendance is requested.
