The Department of Public Works – Special Districts is excited to announce the successful completion of the CSA 70 R-9 Rim Forest Road Paving Project! The project reconstructed around 5,134 linear feet of existing paved road along Lakeview Drive, Hazel Place, Park Place, Scenic Way, Valley View Drive, and Scenic Place in the Rimforest area. The project work involved pulverizing old asphalt, followed by grading, shaping, compacting, and repaving with hot mix asphalt to create a smoother and more durable roadway.
