Special Districts has credited all eligible water and sewer accounts for the California Water and Wastewater Arrearages Payment Program.
Payment Plans Available to Customers
Between September 2021 and December 31, 2021, Special Districts Water and Sanitation proactively reached out to customers with delinquent balances to offer interest and penalty free payment arrangement options. All accounts not on an active payment plan by January 1, 2022 will be subject to penalty.
