CSA 70 R-3A ERWIN LAKE – 5th Lane was established by an act of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on July 27, 2022, (resolution 2022-XX) to pave 0.31 mile of roadway. This road zone was formed to finance the loan that paves 5th Lane at $399.95 per year for a period of 10 years, applied to 54 Parcels. This road subzone receives road maintenance and snow removal services as a subzone within the boundary of CSA 70 R-3 Erwin Lake. This zone does not utilize an Advisory Commission or MAC. Community meetings are held as needed.
