After a few weather-related delays, The R-3A (Erwin Lake 5th Lane) Paving Project is officially finished! The road paving project is located in Erwin Lake on 5th Ln of Big Bear lake. The new District was formed as a subzone of R-3 (Erwin Lake) to provide for new road paving. The project consisted of pulverizing and repaving approximately 30,000 square feet of roadway servicing 54 residences along 5th Lane in the Erwin Lake area.
