The Snowdrop Road Project entails the creation of nearly two miles of paved roadway and drainage improvements, which will connect the northern terminus of Haven and Archibald Avenue in the unincorporated residential foothills north of Rancho Cucamonga. Snowdrop Road is currently a patchwork of paved and unpaved sections of narrow width that serves 78 properties. To fund the project, the County Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 2018-20 on March 13, 2018, resulting in the formation of Assessment District No. 2018-1. The new District confirmed two assessments on each parcel within the District; one to finance the construction of the road improvements and the second to pay for ongoing maintenance upon completion.
