County Service Area (CSA) 63 was established by an act of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on December 18, 1967 to maintain a 19-acre park site which contains a historical schoolhouse, tennis court, playground, picnic area and paved parking lot for unincorporated areas in Yucaipa and Oak Glen. This District is located 4 miles northeast of Yucaipa and serves approximately 10,000 park visitors annually. This District does not utilize an Advisory Commission or Municipal Advisory Council. Meetings are held with the residents as needed. The District distributes a quarterly newsletter and has an active Museum Association.
