County Service Area (CSA) 70, Improvement Zone W was established by an act of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on April 30, 1973, to provide park services and a community center to the community of Hinkley. The District serves approximately 5,000 community residents. This District does not utilize an Advisory Commission or Municipal Advisory Council. Meetings are held with residents as needed in the Community Center.
