The Department of Public Works – Special Districts provides the following as a summary update since the January 12 website update:
- County received bids for Snowdrop Road construction on February 16, 2021. Lowest responsible bid received at $3,612,491.87 from Trinity Construction
- Regional Water Quality Control Board Permit received on February 18, 2021
- Western Alliance agreed to provide the County a project bond in the amount of $5,629,026.07
- County Debt Advisory Committee approved bond on March 18, 2021
- County of San Bernardino Board of Supervisors approved the project bond on April 6, 2021
- Staff continue their efforts to meet their targeted time lines of
- April 15, 2021 Bond Close of Escrow
- April 20, 2021 Award of Contract
- May 2021 Construction Start
- Spring 2022 Construction completion date
