In March of this year, CSA29 – Lucerne Valley (district) was able to install touchless water faucets in six of their public restroom facilities. They were able to accomplish this through a partnership grant that they received from the Mojave Water Agency (MWA). The district has teamed up with MWA to install waterless urinals, and other water-efficient fixtures and systems in their parks and facilities over the past several years. This latest project for new faucets is another example of the partnership with MWA and the County’s commitment to water conservation. The district is grateful for the multi-year funding that has been awarded from the MWA and celebrates the benefit to both the community and the local environment.
