The Department of Public Works – Special Districts is pleased to announce the completion of the CSA 70 R-40 Upper North Bays Chip Seal Road Project in the Lake Arrowhead area! CSA 70 R-40, which consists of 0.53 miles of road, was chip sealed to preserve and extend the life of the pavement of the roads within the District.
