Bloomington Park District contracted with an AC/DC cover band called Noise Pollution to host its first concert of the season at Kessler Park free of charge for the residents of Bloomington. Supervisor Baca opened the show at 5pm on August 28th with a quick word and over 100 people rocked out and enjoyed the show! Pre entertainment included a water slide and jump castle for kids to enjoy.
