Pavilion decorated for a Wedding

Historic Oak Glen Schoolhouse (downstairs meeting room, kitchen and/or outdoor gatherings):

The conference room will accommodate 40 people seated at tables or 84 people in an assembly setting. The room has a small kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
The basic rental fee includes use of the following:

Four 8-foot Long Tables (seats 8-10)
Forty Metal Folding Chairs
Coffee Maker, Carafes (bring coffee cups and coffee)
Basic Kitchen Appliances (Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave)
Trash and Recycle Bins with Liners
** Two additional 8 foot tables may be rented for $5.00 each.

Reservation Fees

Category I – Local non-profit, public agencies, civic groups for meetings, public gatherings, training sessions	$15.00 per hour
Category II – Local residents and businesses for meeting and private use–indoor and outdoor gatherings	$20.00 per hour
Category III – Non-residents, weddings, private parties, and outdoor gatherings for fundraisers or private parties	$75.00 per hour

Gazebo: $15 per hour

The Gazebo area accommodates approximately 25 people. There are two picnic tables.

NOTE: Arrangements for group tours should be made with District Coordinator with a two week advanced notice.
