Pavilion decorated for a Wedding

All costs and fees are updated every July at the end of the fiscal year. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We will be happy to help.

Historic Oak Glen Schoolhouse (downstairs meeting room, kitchen and/or outdoor gatherings):

The conference room will accommodate 40 people seated at tables or 84 people in an assembly setting. The room has a small kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
The basic rental fee includes use of the following:

  • Four 8-foot Long Tables (seats 8-10)
  • Forty Metal Folding Chairs
  • Coffee Maker, Carafes (bring coffee cups and coffee)
  • Basic Kitchen Appliances (Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave)
  • Trash and Recycle Bins with Liners
    ** Two additional 8 foot tables may be rented for $5.00 each.

NOTE: Non-refundable portion covers maintenance and operation costs

Gazebo: $15 per hour

 The Gazebo area accommodates approximately 25 people. There are two picnic tables.

Guided Tour of Facilities/ Educational Excursions

NOTE: Arrangements for group tours should be made with District Coordinator with a two week advanced notice.
