CSA 70 R-13 LAKE ARROWHEAD NORTH SHORE was established by an act of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on July 9, 1984 to maintain 1.39 miles of paved roads. This road zone receives a $100 per parcel annual service charge on 88 parcels to fund road maintenance and snow removal services. This zone does not utilize an Advisory Commission or MAC. Community meetings are held as needed.
