CSA 70 R-34 BIG BEAR (The Alley) was established by an act of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on January 11, 1994 to maintain approximately 1,026 feet of unpaved road on Alley Way in the community of Big Bear. This road zone receives a $100 per parcel, per year service charge on 26 parcels to fund road maintenance and snow removal services. This zone does not utilize an Advisory Commission or MAC. Community meetings are held as needed.
