CSA 70 R-4 CEDAR GLEN (Ponderosa Area) was established by an act of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on September 26, 1977 to maintain 964 feet of paved roads. This road zone derives financing from a $100 service charge on 26 parcels to fund road maintenance and snow removal services. This zone does not utilize an Advisory Commission or MAC. Community meetings are held as needed.
