CSA 70 R-45 ERWIN LAKE SOUTH was approved by the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on August 18, 2009, to maintain approximately 0.72 miles of dirt road in the Erwin Lake area on the east end of Big Bear Valley. The service charge for 2023-24 is $215.18 which will be billed on 58 parcels to fund road maintenance and snow removal services. This zone does not utilize an Advisory Commission or MAC. Community meetings are held as needed.
