County Service Area 70 R-47 Rocky Point

CSA 70, Zone R-47 (Rocky Point) in the Lake Arrowhead area was established by an act of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on September 10, 2013. This road zone receives $1,900 per parcel for fiscal years 2013-2014 and fiscal year 2014-2015 to pay for road paving improvement for approximately one mile of roadway. Thereafter the Zone will receive $250 with a 2.5% inflationary factor for road maintenance and snow removal. The service charge for 2023-24 is $304.60 per parcel.
