CSA 70 R-51 OLD TOLL ACCESS ROADS was established by an act of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on July 27, 2022, (resolution 2022-XX) to maintain 0.62 miles of paved roadways. The road zone receives a $1,086.44 per parcel, per year service charge on 40 parcels to fund road maintenance and snow removal services for the first 10 years. After the loan is paid off, $328.09 with an annual inflator of 3% is assessed. This zone doesn’t utilize any Advisory Commission or MAC. Community meetings are held as needed.
